‍By participating in the Offramp Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

‍1. Eligibility

• Both existing Offramp account users (referrer) and new users (referral) are eligible for a spin reward, provided the following conditions are met:
  • The referrer has an active Offramp account in good standing.
  • The referral is a new user who has not previously signed up with Offramp and has successfully completed KYC verification.

2. How It Works

• Share your unique referral link with friends.
• When a referred user signs up using your link and completes qualifying payment(s) totaling $50 within 30 days of their sign-up date (the transaction must have cleared), you, the referrer, will receive one (1) free spin.
• Each spin offers a chance to earn a reward.

3. Qualifying Transactions

• Eligible purchases include: In-person transactions at physical merchant locations including but not limited to:
  • Grocery stores and supermarkets
  • Restaurants and food services
  • Gas stations and auto services
  • Pharmacies and healthcare providers
  • Retail stores and department stores
  • Transportation services
  • Utilities and essential services
  • Hotels and accommodations
• Non-qualifying transactions include:
  
  • ‍Online gambling, betting, or lottery services
  • Cannabis dispensaries
  • Adult entertainment services
  • Liquor stores and alcohol-only retailers
  • Tobacco and vape shops
  • Money transfers, wire services, or cash advances
  • Cryptocurrency exchanges or trading platforms
  • Financial trading or investment services
  • Virtual/digital goods and gaming credits
  • Peer-to-peer payments
• Offramp reserves the right to determine transaction eligibility based on merchant category codes (MCCs) and may update qualifying categories at any time.

4. Referral Rewards

• Referrers can receive up to $20 for each spin.
• Rewards are instantly credited to your Offramp card balance.
• Referees (the invited users) may also receive a reward upon meeting the qualifying conditions.

5. Limits & Anti-Fraud

• Referrals from the same household, IP address, or device may be limited.
• Self-referrals are prohibited.
• Offramp reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or claw back rewards if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to:
  • Fake or temporary accounts
  • Manufactured spending patterns
  • Coordinated referral schemes
  • Violation of qualifying transaction requirements

6. Reward Conditions

• Rewards are credited to your Offramp card balance as a statement credit and may only be used for payments.
• They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash unless explicitly stated.

7. Changes and Termination

• Offramp reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without notice.
• Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
