This is a tough one. After much deliberation, we've made the difficult decision to wind down Offramp. This was not an easy decision to make, but existing market conditions have made it tough to continue building Offramp.
We're shutting down gradually so you have plenty of time to withdraw your funds and wrap up any open activity. Below is everything you need to know.

July 1, 2026
The following changes are in effect as of today:
- Instant transfers: Now disabled.
- Virtual accounts: New account creation is disabled. If you have an existing virtual account, you can continue using it until September 30, 2026.
- QR payments: Now disabled.
- Savings & Investments: New deposits and stock purchases are now disabled. You can still sell your holdings and withdraw your balance until December 31, 2026.
- Physical card orders: New orders are disabled. Your existing card will still be functional.
- Offramp app: Our mobile app has been delisted from the App Store and Google Play. If you already have it installed, it will continue to work until July 31, 2026.
July 31, 2026
- Fiat deposits and withdrawals will be fully disabled.
- Crypto deposits will be disabled. Do not send crypto to your Offramp address after July 31.
- After July 31, 2026, the mobile app will stop working. You can continue to use our web application (app.offramp.xyz) to access your account.
Make sure to withdraw your fiat balance before July 31. After this date, fiat is fully disabled.
September 30, 2026
- Virtual accounts will be fully disabled. Cancel any recurring deposits to your virtual account before this date.
- Crypto withdrawals will be disabled on September 30. Any remaining crypto balance will be moved to your embedded wallet — contact us at contact@offramp.xyz if you need help accessing it.
- Crypto withdrawals from your card will be disabled on September 30. Any remaining crypto balance will be moved to your embedded wallet. Contact us at contact@offramp.xyz if you need help accessing it.
December 31, 2026
- Savings and Investments will be fully closed. Sell any remaining holdings and withdraw your balance before this date.
Please liquidate all of your Savings and Investments before December 31, 2026. After this date, the entire Offramp platform will be fully closed.
